FSB confirms receiving US data on planned Moscow terrorist attack
Russia’s FSB said it received information from the US about preparations for a terrorist attack in Moscow. Earlier, the US Embassy warned of a credible threat of an incident with mass casualties at the Tsaritsyno Museum-Reserve on October 31.
Russia’s Federal Security Service said it had received information from the US about preparations for a terrorist attack in Moscow. “The necessary work is under way,” the agency said.
US Embassy warning
Earlier, the US Embassy in Moscow published a warning on its website about credible information regarding the threat of an incident capable of causing mass casualties at the Tsaritsyno Museum-Reserve on October 31.
The embassy urged US citizens to stay away from the area and exercise caution. The diplomatic mission said US authorities were coordinating with relevant Russian agencies on measures to counter the threat.
