Regional financial support has been provided for six projects focused on landscaping tourism facilities in Russia’s Primorye region. The projects are being implemented in the Shkotovsky and Khasansky municipalities and the urban districts of Vladivostok, Artyom and Nakhodka, the Primorye Regional Government announced on October 30.
Funding targets beaches and recreation areas
The regional competition is open to entrepreneurs seeking to develop recreation areas, parking lots, beaches and other tourism zones. The program provides support covering up to 70 percent of landscaping expenses, with the amount granted for a single project capped at 10 million rubles.
The funding has enabled improvements at beaches, the construction of sanitary facilities and landscaping around recreation areas.
Linda glamping facility expands its plans
Among the businesses receiving support is the Linda glamping facility. Its manager, Anton Vislouh, said he was taking part in the competition for the second time. Vislouh said the resources provided by the regional administration were helping improve the quality of services offered to tourists.

The business plans to create scenic viewpoints and expand walking trails in the coming period.
Second application stage set for November 2-11
The second stage of the subsidy competition for landscaping tourist attractions will be held from November 2 to 11.
Entrepreneurs in Primorye can also receive financial support from the regional administration to build modular accommodation units and connect them to utility networks.
