The renovation program in Moscow’s Ochakovo-Matveyevskoye district includes the construction of a new five-section residential complex at 20/1 Matveyevskaya Street. The building will cover approximately 70,000 square meters and contain 1,191 apartments.
Ten of the apartments will be adapted to the needs of residents with limited mobility. Two sections will be designed in salmon red and three in white, while single-story commercial spaces will be built to provide connections between the buildings and infrastructure services.
Different construction stages across the five sections
Reinforced-concrete work has been completed in the first three sections. Facade installation and interior work are continuing in these sections, while the construction of reinforced-concrete structures and the installation of engineering systems are continuing in the fourth and fifth sections.
The courtyard of the residential area will be landscaped and divided into zones for different uses. The project will include two children’s playgrounds, three sports grounds, pedestrian paths and recreation areas.
Ten minutes from Aminevskaya Metro Station
Kindergartens, schools, healthcare facilities, supermarkets and transport options are located around the complex. Setun River Valley Park, Anna German Square and Apple Orchard are also near the project.
The new homes will be a 10-minute walk from Aminevskaya Metro Station on the Big Circle Line.
70 percent target for prefabricated construction production
The second production line at a plant manufacturing prefabricated building components was commissioned in August to accelerate housing construction in Moscow. The facility aims to produce components for 50 percent of the buildings, with plans to raise this share to 70 percent in the coming period.
