Turkish low-cost carrier Pegasus Airlines is entering the Uzbekistan market. The airline will begin operating regular flights from Istanbul to Bukhara on December 14, 2026, to Andijan on December 18, and to Termez on March 1, 2027.
Flights will depart from Istanbul’s Sabiha Gökçen Airport, one of Pegasus’s main hubs. Tickets are already on sale, with prices starting at $99 (€89.99 including fees).
Under the cheapest Light fare, passengers may take only one small bag free of charge, weighing up to 3 kg and measuring no more than 40×30×15 cm, which must fit under the seat. Carry-on luggage and checked baggage are charged separately.

The Civil Aviation Agency of Uzbekistan confirms the carrier’s entry into the market: according to its registry, Pegasus received an operating permit for passenger transportation on October 6, 2026. Uzbek media also report that the airline is discussing flights from Istanbul to Karshi and Nukus.
The direct flights will connect Istanbul with three regional centers in Uzbekistan and make travel easier for Turkish citizens working in these areas.
