The renovation program in Biryulevo Vostochnoye, in southern Moscow, includes a new 202-apartment residential complex at 31/2 Kasimovskaya Street. The building will consist of two sections designed with varying floor heights.
The project’s total living space will exceed 13,300 square meters. Monolithic construction in the complex’s first section has reached the ninth-floor level, while exterior wall masonry is continuing on the fourth floor.
Salmon pink and pearl white facade
The building will feature a modern suspended and ventilated facade system. The system is expected to help maintain suitable indoor climate conditions, strengthen heat and sound insulation, and protect the exterior walls from moisture. The facade will use salmon pink and pearl white.
Space allocated for a store and pharmacy
The ground floor of the residential complex will include a concierge room and a stroller room, as well as areas for shops, a pharmacy and pickup points for orders placed through online shopping platforms.
Kindergartens, schools, healthcare facilities, supermarkets and the Biryulevo Arboretum are located around the complex. A children’s playground, a sports area and a recreation area will be created inside the U-shaped building.
Five complexes completed in Timiryazevsky
Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin previously announced that five residential complexes had been completed and opened for occupancy in the Timiryazevsky district in the north of the city. Construction of five residential complexes is continuing on Dmitrovskoye Highway, Vsevolod Vishnevsky Street, Lineyny Passage and 3rd Nizhne-Likhoborsky Passage.
