Ukrainian authorities reported that 10 people were wounded in Russian attacks on transport infrastructure in the Odesa region and on ships docked at ports in Greater Odesa and the Danube region.
Ukraine's Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport said in a statement on Monday that the injured are receiving necessary medical assistance and that work is ongoing to repair the damage. "Everyone is being provided with the needed medical aid. Work continues to eliminate the consequences of the attack," the ministry stated.
The statement noted that in the first days of August alone, Russia carried out a total of 10 attacks: five on seaport facilities, three on civilian vessels at the ports, and two on ships in the Ukrainian Sea Corridor.
The Ukrainian ministry announced that in July, there were 67 attacks on seaport facilities, 35 on ships at the ports, and 22 on vessels in the Ukrainian Sea Corridor.
