Türkiye's Labor Minister Işıkhan attends SocGov 2026 forum in Khankendi
Türkiye's Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Işıkhan attended the international SocGov 2026 forum in Khankendi alongside Türkiye's Ambassador to Azerbaijan Birol Akgün.
Türkiye's Minister of Labor and Social Security, Professor Vedat Işıkhan, visited Khankendi, where he attended the International Forum “SocGov 2026: Digital Analytics and Smart Governance” and the social awards ceremony.
Türkiye's Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Birol Akgün, accompanied the minister. The forum focuses on the use of digital technologies and data analysis in public administration and social policy.
Khankendi came under Azerbaijan's control in 2023. Since then, the city has hosted an increasing number of international events, while Türkiye remains one of Baku's main partners in the reconstruction of Karabakh.
