Turkish Airlines and Shohin Airlines, a new Tajik airline, have signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at strengthening cooperation and supporting the development of Shohin’s operations. Türkiye’s Ambassador to Tajikistan Umut Acar announced the signing of the protocol on training Shohin’s personnel.

Under the memorandum, Shohin Airlines’ flight and ground staff will receive specialized training at Turkish Airlines’ aviation academy, where the company’s cabin crew and technical specialists have already started their training. Turkish Technic will provide comprehensive maintenance, including painting new aircraft in Shohin’s livery and scheduled periodic maintenance.

Shohin Airlines is a private carrier based in Dushanbe. In July 2026, it announced an order for four Airbus A320neo-family aircraft: two A320neos and two A321neos.
