Six injured in drone attack on Ryazan
Ryazan Governor Pavel Malkov announced that 45 drones were shot down during the drone attack on the region, the debris caused fires, and six people were injured. Russian e-commerce giant Wildberries also evacuated its logistics center.
The Ryazan region witnessed an intense drone attack overnight. In a written statement, Governor Pavel Malkov reported that air defense systems destroyed a total of 45 UAVs during the attack.
Debris from the downed vehicles caused fires at industrial facilities. Additionally, a residence and a building were damaged. Six people injured in the attack were hospitalized; their condition is reported to be stable and not life-threatening.
While emergency crews are still responding, Russia's leading e-commerce company Wildberries announced it had evacuated its logistics center in Ryazan for safety reasons.
