Past statements and messages
At a meeting in June 2025, Putin said that military university graduates have a solid professional foundation allowing them to tackle the toughest tasks and serve the country with distinction.
The president emphasized that Russia is fighting for its own future today and that all Russian soldiers are the direct heirs of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War and the defenders of all generations of the thousand-year-old Russian state.
Putin called on military university graduates to remember that they are continuing the great work of their great-grandfathers, grandfathers, and fathers.
Agenda of the government meeting
Putin's Tuesday schedule includes a meeting with the government in addition to the meeting with military university graduates.
The main agenda item of the meeting will be the implementation of a mentorship program for graduates of medical education institutions. A number of current issues will also be discussed.
At the meeting, Health Minister Mikhail Murashko of the Russian Federation and the chairman of the Russian State Council's commission for "Long and Active Life", Ivanovo Region Governor Stanislav Voskresensky, will present reports.
The mentorship law for medical graduates came into force in Russia on March 1. The law stipulates that public healthcare institutions create conditions for employment and mentorship activities and provide additional social support measures.
