Moscow City Government has initiated an auction process for the sale of four commercial properties located in an attractive riverside area of the capital. The properties up for auction are situated on the ground floor of a new building at Beregovoy Proezd, 1a, in the Filevsky Park district.
Kirill Purtov, Head of the Moscow Department of Competition Policy, stated that such locations near the river and pedestrian areas can provide a steady flow of customers for entrepreneurs and represent an attractive investment opportunity for those looking to start a business in the trade, services, and entertainment sectors.
The four properties offered for sale range in size from 88.8 to 244 square meters. Their ground-floor location facilitates customer access, while the free-use designation allows for various business projects.
According to the auction schedule, application deadlines will end between August 6 and September 3. The auctions themselves will take place on August 18 and September 15, depending on the lots.
Those wishing to participate in the auctions must register on the "Roseltorg" platform and have an enhanced qualified electronic signature. All detailed information, including photos, documentation, and conditions for the auction lots, can be accessed in the "Moscow Auctions" section of the Moscow Investment Portal.
