Ukraine’s sewage tariffs rose 83.1% year on year in September 2026
The tariff for sewage services in Ukraine rose 83.1% in September 2026 from the same month a year earlier. Over the same period, water supply charges increased 87.6%, waste collection fees 19% and communications services 13.9%.
Official data on consumer prices in Ukraine showed that the tariff for sewage services rose 83.1% in September 2026 compared with September 2025. The data were published by the State Statistics Service of Ukraine.
Water supply charges stood out among the increases in utility services, rising 87.6%. This was the second-highest rate, exceeding the increase in sewage tariffs.
Waste collection fees rose 19% over the same period. Communications costs, covering postal services, fixed-line and mobile telephony, and internet services, increased 13.9%.
