Malkov noted that the homes have been fully renovated, with kitchen cabinets and white goods installed. The complex has been landscaped and roads have been built. Children's playgrounds and sports areas will soon be added to the site.
The governor noted that the project was supported by the Russian Ministry of Agriculture and the 'Russian Agricultural Group' company. Malkov said the same company has also completed the construction of housing complexes this year in the village of Oktyabrskoye in the Pron district and in the town of Sarai, and announced that a total of 80 homes have been built across these three settlements.
Malkov said, 'Creating comfortable living conditions in rural areas is an important part of the development of the agro-industrial complex,' and added, 'Thanks to the state program, homes are being built, social facilities are being renovated, and public spaces are being improved.'
