AA Kitap, the publishing brand of Anadolu Agency, is presenting its books at the 12th Baku International Book Exhibition, held in the capital of Azerbaijan with the participation of around 170 publishing houses and organizations from 30 countries.
AA Kitap publications are on display at the national stand of Türkiye, organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Türkiye and the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce. They include The Proof, The Witness and The Accused, which focus on the genocide in Gaza, as well as The First Ten Years, a book about the decade-long history of the international photojournalism competition Istanbul Photo Awards.

Around 1,500 publications are being exhibited at the Turkish stand, with eight Turkish publishing houses participating in the exhibition. Special areas have been organized for negotiations on the transfer of publishing rights.
Many of the books were published with support from Türkiye's TEDA program, which has helped translate works of Turkish literature and culture abroad since 2005. Through the program, 4,832 works in 70 languages have received support in 101 countries. In Azerbaijan, 279 works by 177 authors have been translated with the program's support, 209 of which have been published in Azerbaijani.
