Zelenskiy says Ukraine struck logistics facilities, oil depot near Moscow
Ukrainian leader announces attack on targets 400 km from Russian capital, reports destruction of 2 shadow fleet tankers and 4 dry cargo ships in Black Sea.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy announced a new wave of attacks on Russian territory. Zelenskiy said that some logistics facilities and an oil depot located in the Moscow region, about 400 kilometers from the Ukrainian border, were targeted by the Ukrainian army and security forces.
In a statement on social media, Zelenskiy said, "Also, 2 tankers and 4 dry cargo ships belonging to the (Russian) shadow fleet were hit in the Black Sea."
The Ukrainian leader stated that increasing pressure on Russia could end the war. Zelenskiy said, "We are responding fairly to every Russian attack on our cities and people."
Zelenskiy also shared footage said to be from these attacks.
