Ukraine's mineral product exports fall to $1.485 billion
Ukraine's mineral product exports totaled $1.485 billion from January to September, down 29 percent from the same period last year. During the same period, metal exports fell 16 percent, while exports of machinery, equipment and vehicles declined 4 percent.
Ukraine's mineral product exports fell 29 percent year on year to $1.485 billion from January to September.
Exports fell by $609 million
Data from Ukraine's customs administration showed that the decline in mineral product exports reached $609 million compared with the same period last year. Exports stood at $2.094 billion in the first nine months of last year.
This product group includes salt, sulfur, plastering materials, ores and other products.
Metal and machinery exports also declined
Ukraine's exports of metals and metal products fell 16 percent from January to September. Exports of machinery, equipment and vehicles declined by 4 percent.
