The Russian Export Center (REC) is strengthening its global presence against Western economic pressure. The institution has expanded its international network by opening new representative offices in Thailand, Indonesia, and Brazil. With this move, the number of REC's overseas offices has risen to 18 countries.
Having previously established representative offices in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, the center is consolidating its presence in priority regions for Russian exports. The overseas offices provide comprehensive support for Russian companies seeking to enter international markets. This support ranges from identifying potential business partners and organizing large trade delegations and fair events to coordinating business meetings and facilitating cross-cultural communication.
REC also actively uses online tools. The institution organizes country-based webinars titled 'International Consultation,' allowing its overseas representatives to share their field experience directly with Russian companies. These sessions, personally led by the office managers in each country, enable companies to establish direct contact, access market analyses, and find solutions to existing obstacles.

The online format also provides access opportunities for businesses in all regions of Russia. In the first half of 2026, more than 130 international consultations were held, and over 3,250 Russian exporters benefited from these services. The program covered 34 countries, from Southeast Asia to the Middle East and Latin America.
For companies unable to attend the live broadcasts, recordings of webinars and consultations are kept accessible in the 'Exporter Knowledge Base' on REC's website.
The Russian Export Center, a state institution operating within the VEB.RF Group, is tasked with supporting non-energy and non-commodity exports. REC provides financial and non-financial assistance to companies at every stage of entering international markets, and delivers most of its services under the 'International Cooperation and Export' national project online via the 'My Export' digital platform. The center is also responsible for running the 'Made in Russia' program. REC includes the Export Credit and Investment Insurance Agency (EXAR), Roseximbank, and the REC Export School.
