Russia plans 3.8 billion rubles for Russian Railways’ quantum network
Russia plans to provide Russian Railways with 3.8 billion rubles in capital funding to develop quantum communications networks between 2027 and 2029. The draft budget allocates 1.256 billion rubles for 2027, 1.297 billion for 2028 and 1.252 billion for 2029.
