Peskov: Kyiv’s participation essential for a solution in Ukraine
Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said on October 21 in St. Petersburg that the Ukraine issue could not be resolved without the participation of representatives from Kyiv.
Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov told journalists in St. Petersburg that representatives from Kyiv needed to take part in resolving the Ukraine issue.
“It is of course impossible to fully resolve the Ukraine issue without the participation of representatives from Kyiv,” Peskov said.
The Russian official also recalled that U.S. President Donald Trump had previously said that the parties to the conflict would reach a solution in Ukraine, but would not do so with Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
