The architectural design for a new business center in Moscow’s Dorogomilovo district has been approved. Vladimir Efimov, the deputy mayor responsible for urban planning policy, announced the decision on September 23.
The complex to be built on Poklonnaya Street will have a total above-ground area of 58,500 square meters. The project will be implemented as part of efforts for the comprehensive development of the area.
The complex will include two buildings
The buildings were designed at different heights to form a single architectural composition. The project is intended to complement the existing urban fabric along Poklonnaya Street.
The 20-story building will feature open terraces. Its facade will include a rounded architectural element, while the building will have a flowing silhouette that narrows toward the upper floors.
The facade of the other, nine-story building will feature rounded corners and pylons.
Glass, concrete and metal cladding
The business center’s exterior will use structural glass, glass-fiber-reinforced concrete and metal elements. Stone will develop the project, while the Wall bureau will prepare the architectural concept.
