Kuwait weighs electronic visa decision for Russian citizens
As of September 9, Kuwaiti authorities are considering issuing electronic visas to Russian citizens. The Russian Embassy in Kuwait said the process has not been completed and expressed hope that flights between Moscow and Kuwait City will resume after the situation in the region stabilizes.
