Competition Authority Inquiry
Last week, the Federal Competition Authority (FAS) sent an inquiry to two major independent fuel networks in Moscow and Moscow Oblast ('Trassa' and 'Neftmagistral') regarding their prices, pricing policies, and fuel sales volumes.
Neftmagistral's decision to cut prices reportedly came after this inquiry.
