President of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdoğan presented Kyrgyzstan's President Sadyr Japarov with the highest order of the Turkic World. The ceremony took place on the evening of October 29 in Ankara, where the 13th summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) is being held.

“This evening, we, the leaders of the Turkic world, were pleased to present Kyrgyzstan's President, my dear brother Sadyr Japarov, with the highest order of the Turkic World for his contribution to our common family,” Erdoğan wrote.
“I sincerely believe that my brother Sadyr will always wear this order with pride as a powerful symbol of our eternal and unbreakable brotherhood,” the Turkish leader added.

The highest order of the Turkic World is the Organization of Turkic States' top award. The OTS summit is being held in Ankara on October 29–30; the organization's Council of Foreign Ministers met in the Turkish capital the previous day.
