Aliyev: Azerbaijan is one of few countries exporting all types of energy
President Ilham Aliyev told the 8th Congress of the New Azerbaijan Party that his country produces and exports crude oil, petroleum products, gas, electricity, petrochemicals and fertilizers.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said on October 2 at the 8th Congress of the ruling New Azerbaijan Party that Azerbaijan is "one of the rare countries on a global scale that produces, extracts, and exports all types of energy resources," listing crude oil, petroleum products, natural gas, electricity, petrochemical products and fertilizers.
He also said Azerbaijan had become "a very serious geopolitical and security factor" and that the "Great Return" to liberated territories would proceed even faster in the coming years.
