Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said they had received intelligence indicating that Russia was preparing a new and large-scale attack on Ukraine.
Zelenskyy made the statement after a meeting with officials, military officials and representatives of key public services. Saying that Ukraine was preparing to resist, Zelenskyy said some tasks had already been initiated and that a timetable had been set for implementing a significant portion of them.

Zelenskyy said they were preparing additional decisions in response to Russia’s attacks on Ukraine’s logistical routes and alleged that Russia aimed to pose a threat to maritime traffic in the western Black Sea.
Zelenskyy urged Ukrainians to heed air raid warnings and comply with security measures.
