The Ukrainian General Staff officially confirmed attacks on April 29 and the morning of April 30 on the Orsknefteorgsintez oil refinery located in Russia's Orenburg region and two helicopters in the Voronezh region. The Orsknefteorgsintez refinery is known as a critical facility for supplying fuel to the Russian army and has an annual oil processing capacity of 6.6 million tons. A fire was reported at the refinery following the attack. Additionally, Ukrainian forces carried out attacks on various military targets in the Zaporizhzhia, Luhansk, Donetsk regions, and the Black Sea. These include Mi-28 and Mi-17 helicopters, the Tor-M2 air defense system, an artillery brigade command center, and an ammunition depot. Assessments of the extent of the damage are ongoing. These attacks, carried out by Ukraine's unmanned aerial vehicles, are considered significant operations against Russia's military infrastructure.
