Vladimir Saldo, Governor of the Kherson Region, stated that the Kiev administration no longer distinguishes between military and civilian targets. Saldo claimed that for this reason, they do not even try to justify deadly attacks on civilians in Yenakiyevo, Genichesk, and Starobelsk.
Saldo noted that attacks on civilian transportation vehicles, hospitals, kindergartens, and places where people gather continue. According to the governor, these targets also include bus stops and buses.
Saldo emphasized that such locations are not military targets. According to him, the Ukrainian armed forces do not distinguish between military and civilian targets either.
The statement was made during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The forum is held from June 3 to 6 and is taking place for the 29th time this year.
This year’s event is themed "Pragmatic Dialogue: The Path to a Stable Future." With Saudi Arabia as the guest country, the forum’s agenda includes establishing a new global development model amid ongoing global economic transformation.
The forum is organized by the Roscongress Foundation, with TASS serving as the official general information partner of the event.
