Russia's Human Rights Official Yana Lantratova and Kherson Region Governor Vladimir Saldo agreed to jointly organize humanitarian, medical, and psychological aid for civilians living in frontline cities and villages.
Kherson Governor Saldo claimed that the Kyiv regime is mining roads in frontline areas and carrying out terrorist attacks on ambulances and energy grids.
Governor Saldo said, "We agreed to do everything together so that people can receive humanitarian, medical, and psychological aid more quickly and so that every case of civilian rights violations receives the necessary response immediately."
