Zelenskyy: Russia used about 500 unmanned aerial vehicles
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Russia had sent about 500 unmanned aerial vehicles toward targets in Ukraine since the morning. Zelenskyy argued that the attacks had moved beyond the front line and were targeting the economy, including facilities that could help Ukraine withstand the conditions of war.
Zelenskyy said Russia aimed to weaken the Ukrainian economy and break the country's resilience, adding that the attacks were carried out in pursuit of that goal.
Three attacks on civilian vehicles in Kramatorsk
Three separate attacks targeting civilian vehicles took place within 90 minutes in Kramatorsk, a city on the front line. The Kramatorsk City Council said 3 people were killed and 4 were injured, adding that the vehicles were not military and that the people were on the roads carrying out their daily activities.

About 40 people injured in Odesa attacks

Moldovan authorities closed the country's airspace for about an hour after an unmanned aerial vehicle was detected near the Ukrainian border. Seven border crossings were also temporarily taken out of service. During the same week, the departure of Zelenskyy's plane to Norway was delayed.
Ports and industrial facilities targeted in reciprocal attacks
Russia's Defense Ministry said attacks on Ukrainian ports were continuing and that a cargo ship in Odesa said to be carrying military-use materials had been struck. The ministry also said two cargo ships had been targeted overnight at the Port of Chornomorsk in the early hours of the day.
The Ukrainian military said one of Russia's largest synthetic rubber producers had been struck in the city of Tolyatti in the Samara region, causing a fire at the facility. The synthetic rubber and fuel additives produced at Tolyattikauchuk are linked to the fuel used in Russian missiles.
Samara Regional Governor Vyacheslav Fedorishchev said industrial facilities had been attacked by Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles but did not specify which facilities were damaged. Tolyatti Mayor Ilya Sukhikh said some homes in the city were damaged and 1 person was injured.
