Russia says Ukrainian forces were struck in Kharkiv
Russia’s Defense Ministry said Ukrainian forces and military vehicles were struck on September 13 near Novoaleksandrovka and Prikolotnoye in the Kharkiv region. The ministry said the Sever group was continuing its operation against Ukrainian units surrounded near Olkhovatka.
