Putin tells Kim Jong-un Russia-North Korea ties have reached unprecedented heights
In a message to North Korean leader Kim Jong-un on Liberation Day, Russian President Vladimir Putin said ties between the two countries had reached an unprecedented level in terms of a comprehensive strategic partnership. Putin said Russia and North Korea would continue coordinating on regional security and stability.
