Petraeus was allegedly at a station near the Ukraine-Poland border after a Russian drone attack
Petraeus, a former CIA director, was allegedly at a nearby station when Russian unmanned aerial vehicles struck a train near the Ukraine-Poland border. Ukraine Railways said another train was hit immediately after a train carrying European politicians had passed.
