Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said Ukrainian drones attacked two oil refineries in the Saratov and Ryazan regions on Wednesday. Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of Russian Energy Week, he cited data from the Energy Ministry and companies.
"We see no indication that the Ukrainian side is moving toward an energy ceasefire," Novak said.
Kyiv: no strike on refineries

Kyiv rejected the claim. Ukrainian presidential adviser Dmytro Lytvyn said Ukrainian forces hit a data center and another target, but not refineries. The attacks on the refineries have not been independently confirmed.
Russia’s Defense Ministry, meanwhile, said its forces struck seven Ukrainian energy infrastructure facilities and a data center overnight.
An uncertain "energy ceasefire"
U.S. President Donald Trump said on Oct. 11 that Russia and Ukraine had agreed to an "energy ceasefire," but Moscow has not officially confirmed it. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said contacts on the issue were continuing but that Russia seeks lasting peace rather than a truce.
