September 8 has been set as the new hearing date in the civil lawsuit in which Larisa Dolina is seeking 176 million rubles in compensation. Moscow’s Lefortovo Court postponed again the case filed by the People’s Artist of Russia and singer against the convicted individuals who defrauded her.
The hearing is scheduled to take place at 9:15 a.m. The court said the information needed to properly notify the defendants held in custody of the hearing date had not yet been completed.
Awaiting responses from prisons
The court sent requests to the relevant institutions to determine which correctional facilities were holding the defendants. Because not all responses had arrived, the procedures for notifying the defendants about the hearing could not be completed.
The case had already been postponed twice. The hearings were first moved to July 31 and then to August 21 because of problems involving the delivery of notices to the defendants held in custody.
Legal grounds for Dolina’s compensation claim accepted
In a decision dated November 28, 2025, the Balashikha City Court accepted the legal grounds for Dolina’s claim seeking compensation for losses totaling 176 million 141 thousand rubles.
According to the regional court’s findings, the fraudsters took more than 175 million rubles from the singer and caused her to lose her rights to an apartment in central Moscow with a market value exceeding 138 million rubles.
The investigation calculated the total loss at 317 million rubles, also taking into account commissions on bank transactions and expenses related to the sale process.
