The Russian Export Center (REC, part of the VEB Group) held an event under the national Made in Russia brand as part of the 19th Verona Eurasian Economic Forum, which took place in Istanbul on October 22–23.
Fifteen Russian companies from various sectors presented their products at the REC exhibition, including companies from the agro-industrial and timber industries, as well as the chemical and cosmetics sectors. Participants held around 100 business meetings with potential Turkish partners and discussed prospects for supplying Russian products to the Turkish market.

“Our task is to help develop business contacts and turn the agreements reached between Russian and Turkish businesses into real contracts,” said Timur Safin, the REC’s representative in Türkiye.
The forum was held at Çırağan Palace and brought together more than 1,300 participants from 35 countries, including government officials, company executives, diplomats and experts. On the sidelines of the forum, Türkiye’s Energy Minister Alparslan Bayraktar also held talks with Rosatom’s management.
