Ukraine’s Defense Ministry announced that the Starlink satellite communications system used for military purposes had resumed stable operation at movement speeds exceeding 400 kilometers per hour.
Speaking to journalists, Ukrainian Defense Minister Evgeniy Hmara said the ministry’s monitoring systems had confirmed that satellite communications continued uninterrupted at that speed.
Hmara said direct dialogue and the Ukrainian president’s determined high-level stance had produced results. He said the development was particularly important for troops on the frontline, the use of unmanned aerial vehicles, logistics and communications.
Hmara said Ukraine’s Defense Ministry would continue monitoring and recording the operation of the Starlink system.

Starlink had previously operated at 161 km/h
The satellite communications system used by the Ukrainian military had resumed operation on October 24 at movement speeds of up to 161 kilometers per hour.
A day earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in an interview with the U.S.-based ABC News channel that restrictions on the operating speed of the satellite communications system used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine remained in place. Zelenskyy also expressed dissatisfaction with the level of Washington’s support.
