US President Donald Trump raised the threat of migration facing his country by citing an example from Europe. Speaking to Fox News, Trump warned that if Democrats came to power, the US could face a migration crisis similar to what is happening in Ceuta, Spain's territory in North Africa.
Trump described recent images from Ceuta as 'horrible.' The US president said, 'Remember that photo. If the wrong side comes to power, we will be like that in three years.' He added, 'If the Democrats come to power, you won't have a very good life.'

Spanish officials announced that tens of thousands of irregular migrants have crossed from Morocco to Ceuta in recent days. According to preliminary estimates from Spain's National Police, more than 49,000 people entered Ceuta from Morocco in the last 24 hours. Authorities said it was difficult to determine the exact number.
A Spanish government source said that migrants continued to cross throughout the night and into the early hours of Friday morning, and that there was no indication the influx would slow down soon.
Authorities also stated that 34 people died in recent days while attempting to cross the border.
The Spanish autonomous city of Ceuta, which shares a land border with Morocco on the northern coast of Africa, has long served as one of the European Union's external borders. The area is a frequently used crossing point for migrants seeking to enter Europe from North Africa.
