Russia's Social Fund sets payments for workers wounded in Ukrainian attacks
Russia's Social Fund has outlined insurance support for workers wounded in attacks by the Ukrainian armed forces and their families. In 2026, the one-time payment will reach 163,600 rubles, while sick-leave payments may total up to 503,000 rubles.
The amounts of insurance support provided by Russia's Social Fund for workers wounded in attacks by the Ukrainian armed forces and their families have been announced.
The fund said the one-time insurance payment would reach a maximum of 163,600 rubles in 2026. Workers may also be eligible for a monthly payment.
The payment provided during sick leave may reach up to 503,000 rubles. Rehabilitation aids may be provided if necessary, and the costs of purchased medicines may also be covered.
By the end of 2025, 790 workplace accidents linked to attacks by the Ukrainian armed forces had been recorded at companies in Russia.
