Russia's maternity capital for a second child will exceed 1 million rubles in 2027
Russian Minister of Labour and Social Protection Anton Kotyakov said in Moscow on October 1 that maternity capital for a second child would exceed 1 million rubles in 2027. The payment will rise to 1,028,700 rubles provided no maternity capital was received for the first child.
