Russia’s Defense Ministry says Ukrainian naval drone destroyed in Black Sea
Russia’s Defense Ministry said an unmanned Ukrainian Naval Forces boat was destroyed by Black Sea Fleet units in the Black Sea on October 8. The ministry also shared cumulative figures for aircraft, armored vehicles and artillery systems it says have been destroyed since the operation began.
Russia’s Defense Ministry announced that an unmanned boat belonging to the Ukrainian Naval Forces was destroyed on October 8 in the Black Sea.
According to the ministry, the destruction was carried out by Black Sea Fleet units operating in the Black Sea.
Military figures announced by Russia
Russia’s Defense Ministry said that since the operation began, 674 aircraft, 284 helicopters and 256,490 unmanned aerial vehicles had been destroyed.
The ministry said that 672 air defense missile systems, along with 31,159 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, had also been destroyed. It further claimed that 1,785 multiple rocket launcher systems, 36,659 field artillery pieces and mortars, and 73,965 special military vehicles had been destroyed.
