Russia launched a massive missile and drone attack on Ukraine overnight, killing at least 24 people, Ukrainian officials said. Ukraine’s Energy Ministry said partial and emergency power outages began in five regions after the strikes. An industrial facility in Dnipro, transport infrastructure in Zaporizhzhia and apartment buildings in Kremenchuk were damaged.
