Russian Ministry of Education Prepares New Rules for Kindergartens
Russia's Ministry of Education has published new regulations concerning kindergarten songs, facility layouts, and programs, set to take effect on September 1, 2026.

The ministry has declared 2026 as the 'Year of Preschool Education.' It is stated that the prepared recommendations aim to improve the quality of early childhood education within the scope of this special year.
