Russian Defense Ministry announces strikes on Ukrainian ports and military vessels
The Russian Defense Ministry announced it carried out attacks on Ukrainian ports and maritime vessels used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. A collector vessel was hit in the port of Nikolaev, and a bulk carrier transporting military cargo was struck in the northwestern Black Sea.
The Russian Defense Ministry announced that it launched a new attack operation targeting Ukrainian ports and maritime vessels used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The ministry stated, "This morning, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continued attacks on Ukrainian ports and maritime vessels used in the interests of the VSU."
The statement noted that a bulk carrier carrying military cargo was struck by drones in the northwestern Black Sea.
In the port of Nikolaev, a collector vessel was targeted.
