Russia says Giatsint-B crew destroyed retreating Ukrainian infantry near Dobropillia
Russia’s Defense Ministry said a 152 mm Giatsint-B howitzer crew destroyed a group of Ukrainian infantry trying to retreat covertly near Dobropillia.
A Giatsint-B howitzer crew of Russia’s “Center” group of forces destroyed a group of Ukrainian infantry trying to covertly withdraw from forward positions near Dobropillia, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
According to the ministry, drone operators spotted the infantry retreating under the cover of tree lines. The crew moved to a firing position and fired 152 mm high-explosive fragmentation shells, with drone operators adjusting fire in real time. The ministry claimed the group was completely destroyed. The claims could not be independently verified.
