The weather in the Russian capital Moscow will be cooler than climate normals on Sunday. Yevgeny Tishkovets, a leading expert at the Fobos weather center, reported that temperatures on July 5 will range between 20 and 23 degrees, remaining 1-2 degrees below seasonal normals.
Tishkovets stated that the weather in Central Russia will be determined by the rear part of a cyclone over Lake Ladoga. Partly cloudy skies will prevail in Moscow and its surroundings, with brief rain expected in the afternoon.
The expert added that winds will blow from the west and southwest at speeds of 3 to 8 meters per second, and atmospheric pressure will drop slightly to 736 millimeters of mercury.
