Cuba's electricity crisis also hits Russian diplomatic missions
Russia's Ambassador to Havana Viktor Koronelli said Cuba's national power grid collapsed completely three times between July 6 and 14. The outages also affected Russian diplomatic missions in the capital.
Russia's Ambassador to Havana Viktor Koronelli announced that the electricity crisis in Cuba has also negatively affected the activities of Russian diplomatic missions.
In a statement to RIA Novosti, Koronelli said, 'The power outages affect all consumers, including diplomatic missions in Havana.'
The ambassador recalled that Cuba's National Electric Energy System completely shut down three times between July 6 and 14. Koronelli added that Cuban authorities are mobilizing all resources to repair the system as soon as possible.
