Dutch intelligence hacked the phone of Jared Kushner, the son-in-law and former senior adviser to U.S. President Donald Trump, and watched as he accessed a bank account in Dubai holding hundreds of millions of dollars. The claim appears in an excerpt from investigative journalist Matthew Cole’s book published by Vanity Fair.
Cole said that in spring 2020, a source he considered reliable told him the money in the account had come from a bank in Azerbaijan. Kushner apparently transferred large sums to various people, including a field commander, a mercenary and a former contract killer. The excerpt’s headline says the transfers exceeded $700 million, while the accounts linked Kushner to Israel, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

The book “Princes and Thieves,” which focuses on Kushner and UAE President Mohamed bin Zayed, will be released on October 27. Cole also claims that Saudi and Emirati leaders transferred at least $2 billion into accounts for Kushner.
Kushner called the allegations “completely insane” and “outrageous and categorically false,” while his lawyer said that no such accounts exist. No banking documents were published with the excerpt, and the claims have not been independently confirmed.
