Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that they had received new information about Russia’s ballistic missile production following a report by Oleg Ivashchenko.
Zelenskyy made the statement in a social media post, assessing Russia’s plans to expand its missile program.
Foreign supplies to Russia’s missile program
Zelenskyy called on his partners to completely halt the delivery to Russia of the foreign components, equipment and machine tools it uses in missile production.
He said Russia would be unable to achieve any of the targets it had set for its missile program without foreign components.
Statement on the Kstovo refinery
Zelenskyy said intelligence had confirmed that Ukraine’s strikes on military facilities and facilities belonging to Russia’s oil production sector had been highly effective.
Zelenskyy said intelligence had confirmed that operations had stopped at several oil refineries, including the Kstovo refinery in the Nizhny Novgorod region, and described Kstovo as one of Russia’s largest refineries.
