The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that as of 08:00 on Sunday, June 14, there were 229 clashes on the frontline in the past 24 hours. According to the statement, the most intense fighting continued on the Pokrovsk and Huliaipole axes.
The General Staff indicated that during this period, Russian forces carried out 127 airstrikes and used 391 guided bombs. Additionally, 9,192 kamikaze drones were deployed in attacks, and Ukrainian positions and settlements were subjected to 3,001 artillery strikes, 112 of which were launched by multiple rocket launchers.
Settlements in Sumy Region Also Targeted
The airstrikes targeted the settlements of Pavlivka, Pustohorod, Luzhky, and Brusky in the Sumy region. The Ukrainian side announced that its air units, missile, and artillery forces launched attacks in the last day on 12 areas with high enemy personnel concentration, two artillery systems, and a command post linked to unmanned aerial vehicles.
Clashes Continued on Multiple Fronts
Two clashes were recorded on the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk axes, with Russian forces conducting three airstrikes and using nine guided bombs. On the same front, 82 artillery strikes were reported, six of which were from multiple rocket launchers.
On the Southern Slobozhanshchyna line, seven attacks occurred towards Vovchansk, Izbytske, Zybynе, and Lyman. Ukrainian forces reportedly halted an advance attempt towards Novoplatonivka on the Kupiansk axis.
On the Lyman axis, 17 attack attempts were recorded around Novyi Myr, Drobysheve, Lyman, Dibrova, Torske, and Ozerne. Pressure was also applied towards Shyikivka, Novoiehorivka, and Nadiia.
Pokrovsk and Huliaipole Axes Faced the Heaviest Pressure
On the Sloviansk line, 14 Russian attacks were detected near Zakitne and towards Mykolaivka, Kryva Luka, and Rai-Oleksandrivka. No offensive activity was reported on the Kramatorsk axis.
On the Kostiantynivka line, 14 attacks occurred around Pleshchiivka, Kostiantynivka, Ivanopillia, and Illinivka. On the Pokrovsk axis, Ukrainian defenses repelled 39 attack attempts around Vasylivka, Rodynske, Shevchenko, Novopidhorodnie, Pokrovsk, Hryshyne, Kotlyne, Udachne, and Novopavlivka.
On the Huliaipole axis, 32 attacks were launched around Rybne, Olenokostiantynivka, Huliaipilske, Ternuvate, Zaliznychne, Verkhnia Tersa, and Charivne, with additional pressure towards Hirke, Dobropillia, and Vozdvyzhivka.
Clashes Continued on Other Fronts
An attack was recorded near Vorone on the Oleksandrivka axis. On the Orikhiv line, three advance attempts towards Stepove, Stepnohirsk, and Prymorske were stopped.
On the Dnipro River axis, Ukrainian forces repelled an attack towards the Antonivskyi Bridge. No signs of enemy attack group formation were observed on the Volyn and Polissia lines.
