Speaking in Jakarta on October 10, Russian cosmonaut-researcher Nikolay Tikhonov said the most realistic portrayal of space on the big screen could be found in the film "Apollo 13."
Among Russian productions, Tikhonov highlighted "Taming the Fire," a film about the founding of the Soviet rocket and space industry.
The cosmonaut said some situations in the film had been embellished and that it included sections based on imagination. Nevertheless, he described the production overall as "very good and powerful."
